Welcome to my blog! 

I intend to use this blog to share information about the many components that go into making jewelry. Everything from environmental issues and relevant trade organizations to the 4C's of Diamonds and perhaps a little personal information and the story behind some of the pieces. My main objective is to help educate. Buying a special piece of jewelry can be an intimidating experience but it doesn't have to be. Some stores like to keep it all a puzzle - I believe in demystifying the process and know that if you have a better understanding of all the factors that go into making something and can relate to the story behind it, you will be happier with the end product.
